POLICIES for Lather Salon
Lather Salon is a rental salon. Each stylist as well as esthetician are separate business entities.
APPOINTMENTS
We enjoy spending as much time with you as possible, so we ask you to please arrive a few minutes early to your scheduled appointment. Guests who arrive late might need to reschedule. We will try to accommodate you as much as possible.
CANCELLATIONS
24 hour cancellation notice is appreciated. We regret that $15 non-refundable charge will be assessed if notice is not given. Emergencies or sickness will be taken into consideration.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Please do not bring valuables with you. But if you must, keep valuables with you at all times.
Lather Salon is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
PAYMENT OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
Lather Salon accepts US currency, MasterCard, Visa, and Personal Checks. Any returned checks will result on a $30 fee. Payment types may vary according to each stylist.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are to be treated as cash and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Lather Salon has gift certificates available for products only, however consult your stylist for a service gift certificate. No refunds on gift certificates will be given.
RETURNS
Unused merchandise may be returned with in 30 days a full refund or exchange if accompanied by a receipt.
Prices do not include gratuity. All prices are subject to change without notice.
CHILD POLICY
Young children must remain seated in the waiting area unless receiving a service for liability and safety reasons. Please arrange child care before arriving to you service appointment.
